The “HERE on Taganka” gallery of the association “Moscow Exhibition Halls” and the Moscow Center for Museum Development hosted a photo exhibition “Go to the registration desk!”

Exhibition “Go to the reception!” blurs stereotypical ideas about photography in glossy magazines. Participants reject the norms of the profession and pay attention to the undertones of everyday life as an aesthetic contrast to the page culture of the magazine, seeing in this an endless perspective.

Six photographers from the world of fashion - Vanya Berezkin, Alexander Zaks, Inga Ivanova, Olga Tuponogova-Volkova, Ilona Stolier and Danil Golovkin - present works in which the core of the profession - fashion - recedes into the background, giving the foreground to life in all its transcendental diversity . And in each frame there is a unique angle of view, sharpened by frequent trips and the desire to capture the world on top of magazine pages.

The check-in counter at the airport is a portal to a parallel reality, where the most banal things look differently and take on a new meaning. This is the beginning of a journey and an opportunity to “spy” on life. This is a chance to discard the clichés, capturing the pulsating moment of the unknown through the lens.
